Organic Matcha is unlike other organic fruits or vegetables in the market. It is extremely difficult to produce at a high quality while also meeting every requirement of the 3 major worldwide organic regulating bodies in addition to Aiya’s own “Ceremonial quality” standard. Now available for North American Market, Aiya’s Organic Ceremonial Matcha has more than 30 years of organic cultivation expertise behind it.
This grade is smooth and has a crisp, delicate taste with just a faint vegetal aftertaste. We highly recommend it for daily “Usu-cha” (thin style Matcha) preparation.
All of our Matcha is grown and produced in Nishio city in Aichi prefecture. Nishio has been known the world over as the cradle of the finest Matcha for more than 800 years.
Each 100g (3.5oz) bag is good for approximately 50 servings.
